If anyone is curious what this really is about it's in Thailand at a restraunt actually called Condoms&cabbage. In Thailand there is a very high rate of AIDS so SafeSex awareness is everywhere. In this restraunt whose owner lost loved ones to Aids, he find comical ways to use condoms. It's supposed to be funny and educational.....to the customers atleast
