    Yes, this is a Corey Arnold photo, I saw some of his work at a gallery including this photo, the fisherman (crabmen?) usually bring their Halloween costumes with them since they get back to port on or around Halloween. I guess this guy was going to be a horse, and a cat happened to be aboard, none of his images are photoshoped.
