    "Actually this took place in South Africa, Some where in the Transvaal in the late eighties or early nineties given the number plates." - Agreed Looking at the registration plates, types of cars and the road signs I can say, with 100% certainty that this was taken in South Africa. He's got springbok horns, a 9mm and ear muffs on his head. Could be a deranged ex-policeman from the crime capitol of Africa.
