    Actually this was created by a scambaiter. These guys trick the people who try to betray people on the internet with nigeria scams and similar things. In this case he pretented to be in a sect in which the scammer would have to enter as well before he could do bussiness with him. And the photo he demanded as proof he then posted on the net. Just search google for scambaiting or 419 eater. The latter is a site with many more of such photos. They get the scammers to do quite ridicioulus things.
