    Actually this came into existence as a result of 'scam baiting'. As the name would imply, one baits another who scams. These men would be reffered to as 'mugus' by the scam baiters. They go through as if they are being scammed and then they have these idiots take strange, strange pictures such as this to supposedly show their loyalty in a deal. And the dumb ones really fall for it. Thus we have this picture.
