This is actually a fairly common method of squatting, I am 175 lbs, 5'8 and I do more weight on a bosu ball (half of a ball with a flat bottom.) The ball is obviously a harder thing to stand on but this isn't strange at all. And to the person who said he is benching 45 lbs you are one DUMB MOTHER ****. 1. He is not benching. 2. He is SQUATTING 145 lbs.
