    I've seen this picture before, this is a south African debt collector. Yes you heard it right.. If you are in debt you can expect this guy knocking on your door with a fighter hyena or baboon on a chain. It aint a pet because not all cultures understand having a animal for fun. This animal has to bite broke people for a living :รพ

    Thats actually a nomad clan that has Them as pets. Since they CANNOT be tamed, they feed them drugs such as acid to keep them passive. They do at time turn on them. Some of those guys have no feet.
