I can tell by the little man's shirt of the football club (Hajduk FC) - the one behind the boobman. Region Dalmatia. Probably a concert of a very popular singer Mate Mišo Kovač. This man is obviously very touched by the song and it is a common sight to see these kind of behaviour on these concerts. Tons of idiots.
