This is in the vortex zone. Something's odd about the gravity in that area, if you roll a ball down a hill it will come back to you. People who stand on what appears to be level ground sometimes have trouble keeping balance. The platform the woman is standing on is actually level/horizontal, thus why she can stand on it even though it doesn't appear that way. The whole thing has been scientifically explained, but I haven't bothered to look it up.

That's called a gravity house - I saw another one of those called Big Mike's Mystery House in Kentucky. I think every state has one. They just build that house at an angle, and cover all windows to the outside to mess up your centre of gravity. Freaky if you can suspend disbelief long enough.
