  Seriously, is there an answers page for the explanations? I NEED to know where this image came from. A movie, short film, is it a photo? Very crisp, visceral image. I'm not certain how milk on the head would solicit an eye-bulge reaction, except thinking it's acid or something. Not to mention the eleventh elbow.
